Technical Details

A clear micro emulsion concentrate for dry rot treatment and control of dry rot in masonry. The dry rot treatment is supplied as one 16.7g sachet per box which makes 2.5 litres of ready to use product when diluted with water.

Preparation:
Before treating Dry Rot it is essential to locate and rectify all adverse conditions and cause of original outbreak. Expose effected area to include a margin of clearance 1m² beyond the last visible sign of growth in all directions. All effected timber, plaster, contaminated soil should be removed and disposed of prior to treatment.

Treatment:

Brush the clean wall and treat by brush or spray to saturation/ run off. Repeat after 12 hours to ensure thorough treatment. If necessary drill holes at a downward angle of 30 degrees and fill to saturation.
