A surface masonry biocide microemulsion concentrate supplied in water soluble sachets, dilutable with water for the eradication and control of dry rot and fungal growth in masonry.

Preparation:
Before treating Dry Rot it is essential to locate and rectify all adverse conditions and cause of original outbreak. Expose effected area to include a margin of clearance 1m² beyond the last visible sign of growth in all directions. All effected timber, plaster, contaminated soil should be removed and disposed of prior to treatment.

Treatment:
Brush the clean wall and treat by brush or spray to saturation/ run off. Repeat after 12 hours to ensure thorough treatment. If necessary drill holes at a downward angle of 30 degrees and fill to saturation.
