Multi Purpose Cleaner Concentrate 5 Litre

Multi Purpose Cleaner is a highly effective, versatile aqueous cleaner and degreaser. The powerful cleaning action easily removes oils, grease and heavy soiling from most hard surfaces. Multi Purpose Cleaner leaves no smears or residues upon rinsing. It may be used after Rubber Tyre Mark Remover during remedial cleaning of epoxy and polyurethane painted floors to ensure complete removal of rubber and tyre marks.

Multi Purpose Cleaner is safe to use on concrete, quarry tiles, plastics including vinyl, ceramics, rubber, glass, enamel, metals, painted surfaces etc. Multi Purpose Cleaner is non hazardous and contains no aggressive alkalis, silicates, solvents, phosphates or harmful biocides.

Application Rates & Methods

Manual: Dilute 1 part product with up to 20 parts water. Dilution rate depends on level and type of soiling. Cold water can be used but for optimum results use water at 40 Deg C. Apply to surface with cloth, sponge, hand spray or mop and bucket. Wipe over surface to be cleaned, leave for a few seconds and rinse off.

Floor Cleaning Machines: Dilute 1 part product with 50 parts water and add to the tank of the automatic floor cleaning machine. Make the first pass of the machine without using the vacuum, allowing the product additional contact time with the floor. On the second pass, scrub floor and recover waste as usual.

Pressure Washers: Use at a rate of 1 part product in 30 to 100 parts water through medium or high pressure washer. Product may be applied at low pressure and then removed with high pressure if required.

Storage & Handling

Shelf Life is 12 months in original container. Protect from frost. Where product has been stored in cold temperatures, it should be left to reach ambient temperature prior to use. Handle in accordance with good industrial practice, no special precautions required with product alone.
