Basedrain - Newton Drainage Channel

Installed at the junction of the wall and floor, Newton's Basedrain drainage channel provides efficient dispersal of water around the perimeter of the structure. When used with jetting eyes, Basedrain constitutes a fully maintainable system in compliance with BS: 8102.

Note: where the floor build is greater than 65mm, you will need to use a condensation strip to collect condensation from the waterproofing membrane.
