Basedrain – Newton Drainage Channel

Installed at the wall–floor junction, Newton Basedrain provides effective perimeter drainage by directing water safely to a suitable discharge point. When used in conjunction with jetting eyes, it forms a fully maintainable system compliant with BS 8102.

Note: Where the floor build exceeds 65mm, a condensation strip should be used to collect condensation from the waterproofing membrane.
