Newton Concrete Primer

Newton HydroCoat 903-P is a concrete primer that is designed to be applied prior to the installation of Newton’s range of high performance cementitious waterproofing membranes. It is also a highly effective primer for concrete repair and floor coating products, minimising the risk of debonding from internal and external concrete substrates. The primer increases the adhesion of cementitious slurries, coatings and concrete repair products to the concrete substrate.

The waterproof membrane primer is simple to apply and boasts a very quick application time. This means you can apply the subsequent products without delay - even during wetter months. Newton HydroCoat 903-P can also be used on both new and damp concrete. 

Uses of HydroCoat 903-P Concrete Primer

Newton HydroCoat 903-P is a primer for concrete -  designed for use before the application of the following:

• cementitious waterproofing membranes
• levelling compounds
• concrete repair products
• floor coating products

Applying HydroCoat 903-P Primer

Newton HydroCoat 903-P concrete floor primer is simple and quick to apply. It can be applied over new and damp concrete, using the following methods:

• broom
• airless spray
• roller
• squeegee

The Primer is very quick to cure and is ready for subsequent application of cementitious membranes within 40 mins at 25ºC and within 90 mins at 5ºC.
