Temporary Closure due to Coronavirus: The Right Decision In Difficult Times
On the 24th of March, Permagard made the decision to temporarily close its store - including all online ordering.
In light of the Prime Minister’s update on the 23rd March, we knew we had no option but to temporarily shut operations here. As a family business, Permagard puts the health and safety of our team and loved ones above all else. As the UK tries to slow the spread of Coronavirus, we must do all we can. This is not a decision that we’ve made lightly but hope it’s one that our customers can appreciate.
The team have worked super hard to dispatch all orders received before 1pm on the 24th March. From that point on, we stopped processing orders or manning phonelines. Although phonelines will be off, if you have any queries or technical questions, please email us on email@example.com.
Our attention is now on doing all we can to look after friends and family, and support our local communities. We will also be taking time to focus our work on Permagard’s help and advice content, and provide you with the information you need to use our products to solve the issues you face.
The Coronavirus situation is constantly evolving so our plans may well change in the coming weeks. If and when they do, we’ll let you know. Until then, thank you for your custom, your continued support and most of all your understanding in these difficult times.
