Fleece Tape for Damp Proof Membranes
PermaSEAL Fleece Overstrip is a grey geo textile backed one-sided tape. It is designed for connecting and sealing all PermaSEAL mesh membranes together where they join or overlap. It is available in 10 metre and 20 metre lengths, with a standard 100mm width and 1mm thickness.
Uses of Fleece Membrane Tape
Our Fleece Tape can be used in the following ways:
- sealing butt joints in mesh membranes when used above ground in a damp proofing situation
- sealing abutting joints
- carrying out membrane repairs
- sealing mesh membranes that have been cut to enable them to overlap e.g. at corners, reveals, wall/floor joints, or around any protrusions through the membrane
PermaSEAL Fleece Strip is an equivalent product to PermaSEAL Corner Strip but has the added advantage that you can render directly over it due to its geo textile texture.
