Single Room Heat Recovery Unit

The Kair Mini Single Room Heat Recovery Ventilator is an energy-efficient way of improving air quality and reducing problem condensation. These stylish wall-mounted units work by replacing stale, moist air with fresh air from outside. They are able to recover up to 81% of heat from the outgoing air. This is then recycled to warm the incoming fresh air, saving energy and cutting bills.

These near silent Single Room heat recovery units provide continual ventilation with extract and supply airflow modes. This improves indoor air quality and reduces condensation, preventing issues with damp and mould. It effectively controls condensation in problem rooms like kitchens and bathrooms.

Note: The unit is supplied with a remote control and a white noise-reducing external wall vent.

Installation

These wall-mounted units are straightforward to install, with no need for external building access. You will however need a qualified electrician to wire in the unit. A minimum of 120mm hole is required for the ducting. If drilling a new hole, we recommend a 127mm core drill bit.

Important note: A minimum wall depth of 155mm is required.
