We sincerely hope this post finds you and your loved ones safe and well, and finding ways to cope during these unprecedented times. A special thank you to all those that have sent messages and dropped us a line with kind words over the past month - it was really appreciated. Over recent weeks, the situation has evolved and Permagard have been thinking hard about how we can best provide the support our customers need.
We’ve made the decision to re-open but with a few changes. Here are some more details:
Online Store to Reopen
Our online store will reopen at 5pm on Friday 1st May in order to support those tradespeople who begin to go back to work.
The safety of our customers, staff and their families means that we will be doing things a little differently for the time being.
Click & Collect replaces our Trade Counter
To ensure our safety and yours, we will be enforcing social distancing at all times therefore our Avonmouth Trade Counter will remain closed. However we will be introducing a Click & Collect service for those customers who require their orders quickly.
We aim to get your products ready for collection within an hour but please be aware that delays may occur.
To help us do this safely, we ask you to:
Order online and await an email to confirm your order is ready
Head to Permagard HQ, stay in your vehicle and call 0117 932 8232 with your order number
We’ll grab your order and bring it out to you. We’ll provide details over the phone about how we will bring your order to you in the safest way, whether that’s us loading your goods, or leaving them in a safe place so you can load them.
In reopening our online store, we are going to be working with our courier TNT to deliver your orders.
Order by 2pm for same day dispatch.
As you can understand, due to the current situation, restrictions and safety measures, deliveries are taking a little longer than usual. As it stands, you can expect to receive your delivery between one and three days.
In order to safeguard our team, we will be running with reduced staff and unfortunately will not be able to offer free technical advice. We will of course be available to answer any queries from those customers that have ordered with us.
We’re sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, but we hope you can appreciate these measures are in place to ensure the safety of our staff and their families.
We look forward to getting back to business as usual, but until then, we’re here to support you as best, and as safely as we can!
